“Rest at the end, not in the middle”

This quote by Kobe Bryant is really inspiring because it shows how even through the many injuries he had he still kept playing through it not thinking about the pain. For example, when we tore his ACL but still stayed on the court to shoot his free-throws and then walked off the court with no support. This shows us how strong he is and also he used to get up at 4:00 a.m. to practice before practice. This also shows us his love for the game.

This is one of the best games of my 8th grade career because in this game we played the defending champs from last year. They had a perfect record of 12-0 last year humiliating every team. But this year was different we had some new players and this time we knew we were going to win. We came into this game ready to kill. We were up but then something bad happened they came back and hit a game winning 3 against us to seal the game with the score being 53-54. Although we are thankful that this game didn’t count towards our actual conference games we still felt annoyed that they had came back. And this was our last exhibition game before the conference games start. So Stay Tuned!!!
